CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: Once registration has been processed, no refunds will be given. It is the student's responsibility to ensure you are registering for the correct course. You may reschedule (see policy below).
RESCHEDULING POLICY: I will work with you as long you contact me to ensure you get your certification.
For those who we drop off the equipment, in order to reschedule to a different day, you must contact us at 800-808-9240 no later than 1 day prior to your scheduled class. If you need to change your virtual class time, I will work with you the best I can to change the time the same day. Otherwise, I will work with you to reschedule to a different day.
For those who we ship the equipment, in order to reschedule to a different day, you must contact us no later than 3 days prior to our scheduled, as we ship next day. If you need to change your virtual class time, I will work with you the best I can to change the time the same day. Otherwise, it must be completed the following day.
LATENESS OR NO SHOW POLICY: You must attend the virtual class ON TIME. If you are not home or do not connect at our set time, your class is canceled without a refund.
EQUIPMENT POLICY: If we are shipping the equipment to you, you are taking full responsibility for the handling of the equipment while it's in your possession. If any equipment is sent back missing or broken, you are responsible for the damages. If equipment is lost in shipping on the way back to us, you MUST have a drop-off receipt to show where and when you dropped the package off. Otherwise, the full replacement cost of $450 will be charged.
PAYMENT POLICY: All classes must be paid in full at the time of registration.
CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK/DISPUTE: Please contact me directly for issues and I will work with you to get your issue resolved. If a charge is placed in dispute by you (or the cardholder if it is not your credit card) because you (or the cardholder) do not recognize/recall this charge, you will be responsible for a processing fee of $25.00 in addition to the original charges.
PRIVACY POLICY: Your privacy is very important to us. Any information we gathered from you will only be used by CPR Certified Trainer. We do not store any credit card and payment information. The only information stored will be your name, mailing/ billing addresses, phone number, and email. Your information will never be sold to outside vendors. Only our partners (such as the American Red Cross, EnrollwarePay, the AHA) have access to your information in order to complete your transaction.
