Imagine yourself in a situation where you needed to perform lifesaving procedures and you didn't know what to do. I was faced with that situation not too long ago and that's why I decided to become CPR certified. I became an American Red Cross licensed training provider soon after. I chose to become a CPR instructor because of the situation I faced. There was an incident with an older gentleman where he needed CPR and my first instinct was to run away because I was scared and I didn't know what to do.
While my husband and the gentleman's wife were performing CPR with the help of the 911 dispatcher, I stood outside waiting for the ambulance to arrive feeling helpless and hopeless. That's when I decided I should become CPR certified. After taking the American Red Cross CPR / AED / First Aid class, the skills I learned helped me feel more confident if I was again faced with a situation where someone needed my immediate help. I would like to teach you what to do if the situation arises and give you the confidence to help and not feel hopeless.
I offer two types of classes. One is an all-day class where I go through each step of first-aid, CPR and AED. The other is designed as a blended course where you take an online portion at home at your convenience and then do the hands-on skill sets with me in my classroom. I can also come to your home or office for 1 on 1 or group onsite training. Our online + classroom (also known as a Blended Courses) are becoming one of our more popular ways to get a CPR certification.
I offer adult and pediatric classes with the latest technology to help you succeed to become certified. The class atmosphere is very relaxed and is designed to help you achieve your goal to get certified, gain confidence, and have some fun. The American Red Cross certification is good for 2 years and meets OSHA requirements. Whether you are a first-time mom, someone whose parents are getting older, or need certification for your job or company, I can help get you certified.
